Negotiation Mastery App

In this project, we developed prototypes for a chatbot app that provides end-users coaching for negotiation scenarios. Our tech stack and tools used include: Python, OpenAI API, Streamlit and Azure.
Our core objective in this project is to address the pressing issue of ineffective negotiation skills and provide a user-friendly, interactive platform for individuals to refine their abilities. This platform aims to empower users through the provision of the following core features, listed in order of priority:
Scenario-based Training: Users can immerse themselves in real-life negotiation situations, gaining practical experience in a risk-free environment. Feedback and Analysis: Access to detailed insights into their negotiation approach, enabling continuous improvement. Negotiation Fundamentals: Learning the essential strategies and tactics that underpin successful negotiation, from seasoned experts in the field.
Predicting Song Popularity

In this project, I was the assigned project manager, and my team and I explored the factors that drive the likely popularity of a song using machine learning models in Python and a dataset based on Spotify songs. As we explored the data, we defined what we consider as a popular song. We then attempted to consolidate genres through K-means Clustering before we manually assigned genres into broader genres to consolidate it from 114 to 10. We then normalized the data and ran several models to get a robust model that could successfully tackle our business problem. Furthermore, we ended up using a Random Forest Model and ended up with a model that was able to successfully predict 54% of the popular songs.
Transforming a Travel Company

App Prototype
For this project, my team and I were tasked to diversifying a travel company’s revenue streams. This project required us to view the challenge through the consumer’s lens, starting by understanding their needs and wants via qualitative and quantitative information. We interviewed severa users from the company’s target market, and created a customer journey map accordingly. By empathizing with the consumer, we held brainstorming sessions to produce ideas for creating a new revenue stream for the company – one that satisfies the unmet needs of the consumer while providing an unexplored source of revenue to the company. With Agile as our foundational project management methodology, we kept track of app features through multiple user stories and epics. The final product for this project was a prototype that we presented in front of the client.
High-Ranking Website Attributes

The primary focus of this study is to understand how various website attributes and technologies influence a website’s ranking on Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERP). Utilizing the comprehensive dataset from HTTP Archive, the research endeavors to pinpoint the metrics and characteristics integral to achieving superior ranking positions on Google. The aim is to uncover actionable insights for creating efficient, top-performing websites aligned with SEO, marketing, and business goals to enhance online visibility and economic efficiency in site development and maintenance.
